Thank you for your interest in the Balloonfest, Air Show & So Much More 2020. We have made several changes since our last event and we look forward to continued growth and interest in this event. We hope you will be a part of it!
One change is adding limited hours for a second day of our event. Those hours we will be open to the public are 10 AM – 2 PM. Also, we recognize that once our night show starts on Saturday, (7 PM), there is very little business opportunity for our non-food vendors. To accommodate vendors, we will allow non-food vendors to close their booth by either packing and covering their displays, or closing the crafter building at 7 PM to allow those participants to attend the evening’s events if they wish.
We are inviting non-profit and service organizations to join us for the day. Your non-profit or service organization will be offered an area inside or outside a building to promote your mission. This would be free to non-profits/service organizations that are not selling items (there is a charge for electricity, if needed). In exchange for this opportunity, we would ask that your group provide a free children’s activity to enhance our “Family Fun” for all the children in attendance. We would like to showcase your non-profit / service organization so please consider participating at the Balloonfest, Air Show & So Much More 2020.
